Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LilDog purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee We stand behind every product we sell. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Made-to-Order Products Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for size selection errors. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the item

We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting support@lildog.store. After 12 hours, orders may already be in production with our print partner and cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your size selection and shipping address before completing your order.
